On the fifth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, Seasons Restaurant is an American steakhouse that features fresh, local ingredients in a casual, stylish setting. The open kitchen makes it possible for diners to enjoy watching the artful preparation of simple, elegant dishes.
Executive Chef Mark Richardson believes that “each plate is a hymn to the goodness of Northern California’s storied farmland and its ancestors,” which is why dinner at Seasons highlights ribeyes from Brandt Beef, a 100-year-old family farm, grass-fed filets from Hearst Ranch and dry-aged New York strip steaks from Prather Ranch. Brunch here is also a coveted reservation, and not simply for the scenery: the kitchen treats Saturday morning as seriously as Saturday night with dishes like tuna tartare with kaffir lime ponzu and prawns and oysters with a spicy Bloody Mary cocktail sauce.
