Why Reflexology? Developed in the 1930s, Ingham Style Reflexology involves the application of pressure to specific areas of the body. Thought to help cure conditions like asthma, back pain and insomnia, it also helps the body maintain balance and equilibrium. All Yelo Spa therapists have undergone extensive reflexology training, and will work with you to customize the massage that’s right for you.

YeloNaps can be experienced on their own, or as a part of Yelo’s “Ultimate Facial.” This treatment includes the spa’s signature glow facial followed by a 30-minute Ingham Style Reflexology massage.

The nap chair immediately put me into a relaxing trance! It was truly memorable, and just what I needed on a Friday after a week of running around the city. The darkened room has a feature that simulates sunrise, so I was woken up gently as the room slowly grew lighter.
