Short for House of Music and Entertainment, H.O.M.E in Beverly Hills is the picture of a classic supper club, with white tablecloths, dark wooden chairs and intimate lighting. The focus of the dining room is a stage, drawn off by a red velvet curtain, which opens every night to reveal legendary and up-and-coming jazz musicians. Recent guests have included everyone from the Larry Nash Quartet to Sandra Booker. A modern menu for dinner is inspired by classic steakhouse cuisine, including scallop and salmon tartar topped with a quail egg and slow-braised pork belly in a star anise reduction. They are debuting both lunch and a Sunday jazz brunch in January 2013.
