About Pearl Dive Oyster Palace
In a town that loves fine food, restaurants famous for serving fresh oysters are in a class of their own. The latest addition to that rarefied mix lives up to the hype—and has fun in the process. The newest member of Black’s Restaurant Group (BlackSalt, Black’s Bar and Kitchen; Addie’s), Pearl Dive Oyster Palace cleverly mixes bayou-accented cuisine, specialty cocktails and cheeky nautical decor (mermaids peer down from murals). Chef Jeff Black is committed to sourcing the freshest seafood available, serving up a variety of east and west coast oysters, including: Kumamoto (native to Japan), Kusshi (grown in British Columbia), Cedar Island (sourced from the salt ponds of Point Judith Rhode Island), Duckabush (from the north end of the Hood Canal in Washington) among others. Mollusks have never been more marvelous.
