Named after a fragrant herb commonly used in traditional Vietnamese cuisine, Sawtooth’s menu has been carefully selected and prepared by executive chef Kay Bui using only the freshest ingredients. The restaurant and lounge offers a fresh take on authentic Vietnamese fare, and each of its small plate dishes are designed to be shared.
Sawtooth features a chic, modern dining room designed with rich, dark wood, exposed brick and intimate, ambient lighting. Al fresco dining in the brick-lined, dramatically lit garden patio is also available during the warmer months. For refreshing pairings, the bar is fully stocked with organic and biodynamic wines, local microbrews and cocktails made from house-infused spirits.
