Before opening Pizzeria Serio in 2010, Chicago native Scott Toth researched and tested pizza recipes for five years. Since then, Pizzeria Serio has garnered much buzz for their thin-crust pies, comparable to the style found at famous New York pizzerias like Ray’s, Lombardi’s and Patsy’s.
Hand-stretched dough is baked in an 800-degree brick oven for a crust that has just the right amount of chewiness. Select from a list of fresh toppings from mushroom to sausage to customize your pie. You can also choose from a list of seven specialty pizzas, like the Diavolo, made spicy with hot sopressata and pepperocinis. Pair your pizza with a frosty pint from an extensive list of domestic and imported beers, or a glass of wine from Italy, New Zealand or South America.
